Talk with Santa is made by PixelArc Ventures Ltd, a company in Lancashire that builds AI phone assistants for small businesses.
We built Santa one evening in September 2026 because we could, and then our own children spoke to him and wouldn't stop talking about it. So we did it properly: the handover to a grown-up, the little-ones mode, the rule that he never promises presents, the quiet-word call that ends in a promise instead of a threat.
He runs on the same technology as our business assistants: a voice, a very long set of instructions about who Santa is and what he'd never say, and a phone line. Every call is placed to a number the parent has verified, and every recording belongs to the parent who booked it.
