What's inside
Santa's magic key
For homes without a chimney, or with one Santa isn't keen on. It's a pretend key that opens no real lock: hang it on the inside of the door on Christmas Eve, and Santa's magic does the rest. Tied with a ribbon, with a tag in Santa's own hand.
A letter from Santa
Written for your child, using what Santa knows: their wish list, what you've told the elves, and anything they promised him on a call. Folded into a brown envelope and sealed with Santa's red wax seal.
A Nice List certificate
With their name on it, their promise written in, and Santa's signature.
Reindeer food
Oats and seeds in a little hessian bag, to scatter outside on Christmas Eve so the reindeer can find the house. No glitter, so it's safe for the birds.

When it arrives
Order by 22 November and it's posted in the last week of November, expected in the first week of December (cancel before 20 November for a full refund). After that, it's posted within 3 working days. Last orders 15 December. UK addresses only, by Royal Mail.
Santa writes each letter just before it's posted (for pre-orders, at the end of November), so the more he knows by then, the better the letter. Book a call first, or keep your child's notes and wish list up to date on your account page. If they've already had a call, he'll remember it.
To cancel a pre-order, email hello@pixelarcventures.co.uk before 20 November and we'll refund you in full. Once the letter is being written for your child, the box can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll put it right.
The key is decorative, and the box contains small parts, so it isn't suitable for children under 3.
