How does a gift call work?
You pay, and you get a gift code straight away, on screen and by email, with a card to print or forward. The family goes to talkwithsanta.co.uk/redeem, signs in with their mobile and types the code. Then they book the call for whenever suits them, and Santa rings their child by name.
What does the family need?
A UK mobile number for Santa to ring, and a minute to tell the elves their child's name and what they've been up to. They don't need to have used Talk with Santa before.
Can I buy for a team, a class or a club?
Yes. Buy up to 50 codes in one order and each one is a separate gift, with its own card, for one family. Good for staff with young children. If you need an invoice, email hello@pixelarcventures.co.uk.
How long does a code last?
Until Christmas Eve 2026. A Christmas Eve call needs booking into a window before then, and windows are limited, so it's best given early. Unused codes can be refunded until Christmas Eve: just email us.
Is Santa a real person?
No. Santa is an AI voice we built here in Lancashire, and we say so on every page. He listens and answers like a real conversation, never promises presents, and never asks a child for anything.
