Your elf's report

Your elf's been reporting back to Santa.

If a little elf moves around your house in December, here's what happens when it flies home each night: it tells Santa everything. Now Santa can ring your child and say so.

How it works

Book a call and tell the elves your child's name, what they've been up to and your elf's name. Santa rings when you choose and says something like: "Sparkle tells me you've been ever so kind to your little brother this week." Then he hears their wish list and answers their questions, like any call.

It works just as well for a little nudge. Pick a word from Santa, and your elf has mentioned the bedtimes. Firm but kind, never scary, and it ends with a promise Santa writes in his big book.

The elf's report, every week of December

The Christmas pack gives you calls through December, and on Christmas Eve Santa rings from the sleigh. Update the notes before each call and he passes on the latest from your elf.

Questions

How does Santa know about our elf?

When you book, there's a box for your elf's name. Tell the elves what your child has been up to, and Santa says your elf has been reporting back to him. We keep the name on your account, so you only type it once.

Will Santa say anything that worries them?

No. He's proud and playful about it, and only mentions what you told the elves. He never says the elf could stop coming or be taken away, and never asks your child to do anything for it.

What if we don't have an elf?

Leave the box empty and Santa won't mention one. The call is just the same.

How much is it?

The first call is free, then a call is £3.99 for up to three children. On Christmas Eve, Santa rings from the sleigh for £9.99.

Santa is an AI voice we built here in Lancashire. He never promises presents and never asks a child for anything.
