The small print, in plain English
If Santa doesn't ring, or the call drops in the first minute, the call goes back on your account automatically. If nobody answers, Santa leaves a message where he can and the call counts as used, but tell us and we'll usually rebook it. Christmas Eve windows are limited and once one is full, it's full.
