What's in the Christmas pack
Three check-in calls, one a month in the months left before Christmas, where Santa rings to see how they've been getting on and you update the notes beforehand. We email you when each month's call is ready to book, and a check-in doesn't roll over into the next month. If you buy late in the season and there aren't three months left, the missing check-ins are added as ordinary calls instead. Two more calls to use whenever, for a good week or a bad one. And the Christmas Eve call from the sleigh. Bought separately that's £29.94; as a pack it's £14.99.
The small print, in plain English
If Santa doesn't ring, or the call drops in the first minute, the call goes back on your account automatically. If nobody answers, the call goes back on your account by itself and we'll text to let you know. If it goes to voicemail, Santa leaves a short message and the call goes back on your account too. Christmas Eve windows are limited and once one is full, it's full. The recording of a free call is £1, and you can buy it from your account page for 30 days after the call; after that it's deleted.
