The one they'll remember. On the evening of the 24th, in a window you pick, the phone rings and it's Santa, on his way, checking the list one last time.
What happens on the call
Santa is ringing from the sleigh. Rudolph is harnessed, the elves are still loading, and he's got a very big night ahead. He checks they've been good this year using what you've told him, hears the last-minute additions to the wish list and writes them in the big book, reminds them to be asleep before he comes (with a mince pie and a carrot for Rudolph left out), asks if there's anything they'd like to ask him, and says the warmest goodbye of the year. It's a longer call than the others, up to five minutes, and it's recorded for you.
Booking a window
Christmas Eve is booked in 15-minute windows from 10am to 8pm. Everyone wants six o'clock, so the picker greys out windows as they fill and a window that's full is full. Book early, and if you'd like a specific time, book it in October.
Answering
Santa rings the mobile you verified. Answer it yourself and hand over, or let them pick up. If you're at a relative's house, that's fine, it's the phone that matters, not the house.
